Shipping Policy

Welcome to TarankaUSA. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping process and timeframes.

Minimum Order Requirement:

A minimum order of $100 is required for all shipped orders.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday only.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method:

All orders are shipped exclusively via UPS.

Shipping Rates:

Florida: $25 flat rate
All other U.S. states: $38 flat rate

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your UPS tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Issues:

TarankaUSA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. TarankaUSA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges resulting from address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
