Refund Policy

Return Period:

Due to the limited shelf life of our products, customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligible Reasons for Returns:

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective due to shipping or packaging issues that affect product quality.

Defects may include, but are not limited to:

  • Unusual or unpleasant odor

  • Abnormal appearance

  • Improper texture

  • Visible damage that renders the product unfit for consumption

Defect Documentation Process:

To request a return or refund, customers must provide clear evidence of the defect.

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos of the defective product, including the packaging

  • Videos, if necessary, clearly showing the defect

  • If applicable, photos of the disposed product demonstrating it was unsuitable for consumption

Requests without sufficient documentation may not be approved.

Return Authorization:

Customers must contact TarankaUSA and receive approval before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
